I created this body weight training blog to help others find a full body workout that is cost effective, has minimal time requirements and can be done anywhere.
I am not a fitness guru. I am a married father who works 50 hours a week and is doing his best to improve his fitness level with the limited amount of time available.
I have tried a number of programs. Some focus too much on strength and not enough cardio. Some the are too heavy on cardio. Some are great workouts, but they leave your body feeling drained for days.
If you’re like me you need a workout that can be completed while meeting your time requirements and more importantly one that will leave you feeling refreshed and hopefully even a bit energized.
